The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Wholesale Flowers Ribbons and Buttons ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Wholesale Flowers Ribbons and Buttons ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All items are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation. WFR&B is NOT responsible for items lost or dammaged in the mail. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you check out.
- Return Policy
Unused merchandise in it's original packaging may be returned with prior approval for a refund minus the shipping fee. All returns must be sent back to address on shipping label. If you return an item without prior approval NO REFUND will be given and you will be responsible for shipping back to you. Refunds are only accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Exchanges must also have prior approval. With exchange you must send back the item in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and to pay shipping on the new item. If items are returned not in the original packaging NO REFUND will be given and you are responsible for shipping the item back to you.
Items made in China sometimes encounter very slight defects. This fact is built into our prices and NO REFUNDS will be given based on a product slight imperfection. We do inspect items and no products leave our shop with significant defects. In the rare case that you receive something that is defective or unusable please let us know. We are happy to resolve any reasonable issue and want to help you.
We do NOT accept returns on clearance items.
